Why I Started Prep&Go

    For years, I struggled with how I looked. Every time I scrolled through social media, I’d see perfect physiques and feel smaller inside. I trained hard, ate “clean,” and followed every new routine hoping something would finally click. All I really wanted was confidence — to feel proud of the person staring back at me in the mirror.

    But despite the effort, the results never came. I was stronger, but not leaner. My abs were still hiding. Then one random night, I stumbled on a short video that said, “Fat loss is simple — eat fewer calories than you burn.” It sounded too easy, but it hit me. It’s kinda like managing money — if you spend more than you earn, your balance goes down. The same applies to fat.

    I started tracking my calories and eating smarter, not stricter. Within weeks, my body started to change — and for the first time, I understood how to control my results. But it came at a cost. Between HSC exams, tuitions, training, maintaining relationships and a social life, my goals and everything else, meal prepping became a full-time job.

That’s when I realized: people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because the system is broken — it demands too much time and effort.

   

    So I created Prep&Go to fix that. Fresh, portion-controlled meals designed to fit your goals and your schedule right here in Mauritius. No cooking, no weighing, no cleanup, just consistency made easy.

What started as my personal struggle has become a mission — to help others stay fit without losing their time, focus, or joy. Prep&Go isn’t just food. It’s freedom, confidence, and progress served in a box.
